Workforce Health leverages the expertise of Froedtert Health’s hospitals and clinics to meet the specific health management needs of businesses. Using what we call the Total Health Model, we gain knowledge about an organization’s needs, target their needs with onsite or other health and wellness programs, and help both the organization and its employees navigate its access to health care. Throughout our partnership, we gather the information our clients need to measure the progress and results of these efforts over time.
