The Confident Woman Boutique in the Women's Health Center offers a free wig and accessory loan service for women who are experiencing hair loss during chemotherapy.

Look Good … Feel Better

The Look Good … Feel Better program is designed for female cancer patients currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments. The class is taught by licensed beauty professionals and discusses skin care, nail care, hair loss options and a 12-step make-up program to help women deal with the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment. This program is offered regularly at Community Memorial. 

Look Good…Feel Better is a free, non-medical, product-neutral program offered in partnership with the American Cancer Society, the National Cosmetology Association (NCA) and the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA).

Support Group

The Breast Cancer Support Group offers informal socialization and time to share thoughts with other group members and guests in a relaxed, casual setting.

Meetings include educational programs with guest speakers and refreshments. The breast cancer support group meets the fourth Monday of each month, 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Meetings are free.
