Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Center
The Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Center provides general physical therapy, spine treatment, orthopedics, sports medicine and athletic training services. The Center also offers services related to the Work Hardening and Pain Management programs.
Center for Pain Rehabilitation
The Center for Pain Rehabilitation provides a continuum of care to treat the physical, psychological, social and/or vocational needs of persons living with pain. Treatment is provided through a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team consisting of an physician specializing in pain rehabilitation, vocational rehab counselor, psychologist, physical/occupational therapists.
Worker Assessment and Rehabilitation Center
The Worker Assessment and Rehabilitation Center provided high quality rehabilitation and consultation services for workers and businesses in Waukesha, Milwaukee, Washington and Ozaukee counties. The comprehensive rehabilitation team consists of physical and occupational therapists, vocational rehabilitation counselors and psychologists working together to maximize a worker’s potential to return to work or pursue alternative vocational goals.
