Community Memorial Hospital is a regional leader in musculoskeletal services, which include orthopaedics, spine, physical medicine and rehabilitation services. Our specialized physicians, surgeons, therapists, nurses and trainers shorten recovery times by combining exceptional one-on-one care with the most advanced technology available. By focusing on restoring function and educating patients, we offer the best possible outcomes.
Our orthopaedic services are offered through Froedtert Health Medical Group, with multiple clinic locations in Washington and Waukesha counties, and Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin. We also work closely with physicians from other area clinics including Advanced Healthcare and Neurologic Associates of Waukesha.

Joint Replacement
Community Memorial has one
of the most effective and efficient joint replacement
programs in the region, performing more than 600
procedures annually, including hip replacement and knee replacement. We were the first hospital in
Waukesha County to provide unicompartmental
knee replacement. We were also the first hospital in
southeastern Wisconsin to perform hip resurfacing
surgery.
Our comprehensive total joint replacement
services are of the highest quality and our surgeons
are leaders in their field, earning us recognition from
national health care organizations including the Blue
Distinction by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for
delivering quality healthcare for joint replacement.
Sports Medicine
Our comprehensive sports medicine services including
fast-track evaluation, sports-specific rehabilitation,
personal training, strength training for mature adults
and surgery, when needed. Our trainers provide
services for area high schools including on-site athletic
event coverage.
Spine Treatment
We offer expert medical
management, surgery and rehabilitation for patients
with spine disorders. Community Memorial was the first
hospital in southeastern Wisconsin to perform cervical

Pain Rehabilitation
Our Pain Rehabilitation program addresses the physical,
psychological, social and/or vocational functioning
of patients living with pain.
Inpatient Rehabilitation
Our inpatient rehabilitation unit is accredited by
the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation
Facilities (CARF) and The Joint Commission and
provides the highest quality of care for patients
recovering from stroke, orthopaedic injuries and other
debilitating conditions with a goal of returning patients
to independent living.
Worker Rehabilitation
Our Worker Assessment and Rehabilitation program offers quality, cost-effective
rehabilitation and consultation services for workers
who have functional limitations following an illness or
injury; CARF accredited Work Rehabilitation Program;
Offered to businesses in Waukesha, Milwaukee,
Ozaukee and Washington counties.
