Financial Counseling

A Financial Counselor is available to discuss payment options with you and, if necessary, set up mutually agreeable payment plans for your hospital bill. If you have no insurance, our Financial Counselors will also review with you programs for which you may qualify and will assist in the application process. Financial Assistance Program

Community Memorial Hospital will make available upon request an application for our Financial Assistance Program to any patient or responsible party. If you apply for financial assistance, you will be required to supply, at a minimum, a copy of your most recent federal tax return and a recent check stub (if applicable). This will assist us in determining if you qualify for this program. Federal Poverty Guidelines are used to determine eligibility. Elective services provided by the hospital are not eligible for this program.
