Froedtert Health Menomonee Falls Clinic provides comprehensive, high-quality care in a community-based setting. Our experienced providers and staff ensure you and your family receive the best care possible.

On Dec. 10, 2012, we moved to our new building across the street from our previous location. The new building features the latest in advanced technology, blending the art and science of medicine in a design that delivers highly specialized care to meet the needs of our patients. Features include a pharmacy with drive-through available, community room for health education classes and programs and first floor access to lab, radiology, information desk and medical records (release of information and disability forms).

We offer the convenience of same day appointments, evening and weekend hours. New patients are welcome.
