Community Memorial's Germantown Sports Medicine Clinic focuses on a progressive functional approach to orthopaedic rehabilitation. We have experience in working with athletes ranging from the weekend warrior to the professional, using state of the art equipment and techniques to facilitate a rapid return to your sport.
The Germantown Sports Medicine Clinic has state of the art equipment and facilities that are used to analyze athletic motion and rehabilitation progress. Our sports simulation room allows our physicians and therapy staff to observe the athlete throwing, kicking, jumping, running and swinging.

Our staff uses an aggressive, yet supportive approach to encourage an athlete’s progress throughout his or her rehabilitation.
