The Froedtert Health System

Froedtert Health is a regional health care organization made up of Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee; Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls; St. Joseph’s Hospital, West Bend; and Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin primary and specialty care clinics. Joining the capabilities of an academic medical center affiliated with the Medical College, two community hospitals, and more than 30 community-based clinics, Froedtert Health delivers highly coordinated, cost-effective health care to residents of southeastern Wisconsin and beyond. In fiscal 2012, combined adult patient admissions for the three hospitals were nearly 40,000.

Health management services: Froedtert Health’s Workforce Health program leverages the expertise of our hospitals, physicians and clinics to meet the health management needs of businesses and help them lower their health care costs. Froedtert works with progressive organizations that want to make health management a key business strategy. Services and programs are designed to comprehensively address each organization’s specific health management goals. They include identifying health risks, wellness and prevention programs, traditional occupational medicine services and a highly specialized work hardening program. Workforce Health provides services with the underlying goal of engaging employees and establishing rapport to drive the behavioral changes for a healthy lifestyle.

Froedtert Health does not allow weapons or firearms on its premises, unless in the possession of an authorized security or law enforcement officer. As of the November 1, 2011, effective date of the Wisconsin Concealed Carry Law, properly licensed individuals may keep a registered weapon in their locked, personal motor vehicle.
